The information you provide to Northwest Glazing Specialists Ltd will only be used for the purpose of providing the service you engaged with us for. I filled in your online forms what do you do with my information?

Your information is processed from the form and sent to our email address. Your information is also processed and stored in a secure database with one of the worlds highest regarded email marketing companies and they are TRUSTE certified. What do you do with our information from the Aweber database?

We use this database to keep your information secure since they have much more advanced security processes than ourselves. We also have special offers and helpful news related to our industry that sometimes we would like to share with our customers. We will use Aweber to send emails to you from time to time. We use your name and email address to send those special offers to you. You will notice we have told you this at the bottom of the submission form and linked to this web page/leaflet so you can find more information on how we securely process your information.

How can I remove/update my information stored on the Aweber database?

Simple. You just email us or send us a letter telling us that you wish to update your information or have the information removed. You can also un-subscribe from the database by clicking the un-subscribe button found on any email special offer, news etc that you receive from us. If you click that button you will automatically be un-subscribed and we will also remove your information from our database within 30 days.

How else do you use my information?

Your data may be uploaded to our management system, which allows us to arrange appointments. This is with a third party data company and you can find all information relating to their security/data processes below.

Processing information through our invoicing system

We will utilise your information and input this into our invoicing system. This again is a high secure system from a solid third party company. You can find more information on how they use your data below.

Processing customer card details

We will usually email over invoices straight from our invoice system and you can enter your card details or pay by Paypal straight through Free agent. Stripe and Paypal will process your card details and you can take a look at their full privacy policies below.

You may wish to pay over the phone by card. Our team will write down your card details and enter this on our payment system. Once the payment has been made we then scrap that piece of paper using a high secure multi cut shredder. This is done within 7 minutes of the transaction going through successfully.

Contract and Job sheets that hold customer information

To allow us to provide guarantee’s your records are kept on file in a secure location within our offices. The information we hold will be kept for the duration of your guarantee. 12 months for remedial repairs, 10 years for new windows and doors. We may also scan your contracts onto a file and save those onto a portable device which is locked in a secure safe for the duration of your guarantee period.

Quotations
